Center for Leadership Equity

Creating lasting change in our communities starts with strong leadership. Yet, for too long, Black nonprofit leaders have faced significant barriers to accessing the resources and support they need to succeed.

The result? A persistent equity gap that holds back entire communities.

The Center for Leadership Equity is here to change that. Through tailored educational programs, executive coaching, and access to vital funding, we empower Black nonprofit leaders to bridge the equity gap and drive real change.

Under the leadership of Kelly Woodland, Managing Director of Leadership Equity, and in partnership with the Black Nonprofit Chief Executives of Philadelphia (BNCEP), the Center is designed to provide the tools and support that Black-led organizations need to thrive. From wellness retreats to leadership academies, we’re here to ensure Black leaders have the resources to turn their visions into reality.
