Erika serves as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ) but is best described as our Brand-Builder. Erika leads the strategic direction and execution of UWGPSNJ’s marketing, communications, and branding efforts. With infectious enthusiasm, Erika elevates our poverty-fighting cause to motivate our team and unite the masses.

Leveraging a fifteen-year career in corporate marketing, Erika ensures all UWGPSNJ initiatives are mission-aligned so that they bring clarity and influence to the work we do. From community outreach at SugarHouse Casino, to the redevelopment of Center City’s Fashion District Philadelphia, Erika continues her unwavering commitment to our region’s growth as an executive member of the UWGPSNJ team. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northeastern University. She is a Philadelphia native and supports our region through various entrepreneurial, nonprofit, and local arts initiatives.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys hiking, traveling, and gardening her way to a green thumb.
