“I believe that every individual has the right to enjoy a fulfilled life and I am driven by removing obstacles and barriers that prevent that freedom. I decided to work at UW because of the vision and mission communicated by our CEO, and know that building a high performing culture internally will help lift our region out of poverty with the right external partners."

He guides and inspires our team to continuously improve upon ourselves, collaborate with one another, and stay tapped into our region’s poverty alleviation needs.
