United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey is seeking a hands-on, collaborative Controller to support and strengthen the Finance function. This role will lead day-to-day accounting operations, close processes, reconciliations, financial documentation, and reporting support.

The Controller will also support audit readiness, grant and restricted fund accounting, internal controls, and cross-functional finance needs. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit accounting experience, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise and develop finance team members.
