In partnership with the City of Philadelphia, 2-1-1 Southeastern Pennsylvania is now specializing in violence prevention in Philadelphia county.

By dialing 211, individuals can access resources and services related to gun violence prevention for themselves and their neighborhoods.

Connecting students to free internet 

211 is proud to serve as the official PHLConnectED hotline to help connect Philadelphia students and their families with digital access opportunities.

Philadelphia K-12 families who do not have any in-home internet access or who have internet access only through mobile phones, can call 211 and press option 1 to get immediate help.
