211 is proud to serve as the official PHLConnectED hotline to help connect Philadelphia students and their families with digital access opportunities.

Philadelphia K-12 families who do not have any in-home internet access or who have internet access only through mobile phones, can call 211 and press option 1 to get immediate help.
