UNITED WAY’S EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an intensive leadership development program offered to 24 mid-level nonprofit managers who have demonstrated a commitment to the nonprofit sector. High-achieving nonprofit professionals under the age of 40 are encouraged to apply for a place in this year’s Emerging Leaders Program, which is designed for up and coming leaders with no more than 5 years of supervisory experience.
Participants in United Way’s Emerging Leaders Program attend three highly interactive immersion learning sessions, participate in small learning groups, attend leadership seminars, complete a skills assessment and a multi-rater (360°) feedback assessment, receive individual professional coaching sessions, and have access to peer networking opportunities and follow-up sessions for program alumni.
Applications for the 2013-2104 Emerging Leaders Programs are no longer being accepted. Please check back in Summer 2014 for information regarding next year’s Emerging Leaders Program or email email@example.com.
